From awareness of relevant future driving forces to a detailed balanced scorecard

The main objective of this project is to align strategy with current and future challenges. During the process, internal capabilities are assessed and objectives and strategic priorities are defined, always associated with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A detailed strategic map is designed and the gap between current and desired performance is closed.
