Dealing with the realistic-visionary paradox

The main objective of this project is to bridge the gap between being future-ready and having to deal with reality as-is, in the present. An ALVA-developed Scenario Building method is applied in which a single reference scenario is created, while still transparently exploring the uncertainty that must come with an earnest exploration of the future. This allows for a particularly powerful and open way to use scenarios for strategy definition.
